Randomly Restarting Server Machine [**Fixed**]

For sometime now one of the Servers has been randomly restarting. This led to me automating the simulator start up process for all servers. Today I fixed the randomly starting server by replacing the Power Unit in the PC So Far ; it looks like the server is now 100% stable
